NSWIB Services include:

• For employers (over 2,000 served each year)
  Finding and keeping the right employees, through quality screening and assistance in paying for training.
• For agencies and schools (over 100 served each year)
  Interpreting local labor needs and helping design new programs for constituents that meet these needs.
• For adults (over 10,000 served each year)
  Helping people understand their interests and capabilities, find the training they need, and moving into quality jobs.
• For youth (over 2,000 served each year)
  Providing career information that leads to informed career and post-secondary decisions and help in finding the most important first job.

In addition, the WIB provides labor market information on an ongoing basis to the community.
